Greswolde Suite: Dining Layout
Sutton Coldfield Recreational Trust has recently refurbished our function rooms located in the Sutton Coldfield Rugby Club grounds, Walmley. The capacity of the Greswolde Suite is 100 and the Tudor Rose Sports Bar is 100 and both have their own self-contained bar.
For daytime parties (such as christenings and children's birthday parties) the cost of the hire is charged per hour , please contact us for our very reasonable rates, starting at £30 per hour.
A security deposit of £100 is required for all parties.
We also offer a catering service. Please contact us for prices. Minimum sized buffet is 40 people. You may arrange your own catering, the kitchen is available for hire.

Preferential rates are available for current members of constituent clubs, discounted rates for associated club members.
Our facilities are accessible and family friendly. Lift access is available to our upstairs function room. There are also accessible toilet and baby changing facilities for both function rooms.
The main function room on the first floor, with disabled lift access and sports bar on the ground floor are available for hire for all occasions:
